Hair By Kendra Janelle Salon Policy

Service Dog

My Personal Service dog “Moni” will be present in the salon during your service. If you are not comfortable with a service dog being in the salon during your service please let me know as soon as possible.

No Refunds

Hair By Kendra Janelle does not offer refunds of any kind on hair extensions or services completed in the salon. All quotes are valid for 30 days, and pricing is subject to change after that timeframe. Extension clients have 7 days from installation to disclose any issues with the hair extensions or for a replacement to be considered.
All products/retail are final sales.
Extensions are final sales, and no returns/exchanges will be allowed.

Cancellations

Your Appointments are very important and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or service changes. If you cancel your appointment the day of or past the 48-hour timeframe, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled.
If there is a repeat of cancellation history you may be prohibited from scheduling future appointments at the salon in the future.

No Shows

If you don’t contact the salon to cancel your appointment and you are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

Late Policy

If you arrive 20 minutes late, you may forfeit your hair appointment and will be charged 100% of the service cost. If this is a repeat history of tardiness, you be prohibited from scheduling future appointments at Hair By Kendra Janelle Salon.

Credit Card Requirement

A Credit Card must be kept on file to reserve your appointment. We require a credit card on file in case of a breach of our cancellation or no-show policy.

In-Salon Rules

For safety and sanitation, Hair By Kendra Janelle Salon does not allow children or infants in the salon. We do not allow other guests in the salon unless permission is requested first.
Please do not bring any animals or outside products to the salon.

Online Store Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to our unique care & quality control for each item, all orders are final sale and will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All items are individually inspected before being shipped. If you believe your items do not match what you purchased, please email us at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com to have the issue resolved.

Shipping

There is a $15 flat fee for shipping, and all products will be shipped out within 24 hours, with the exception of Hair extensions.
Our Clip In Hair Extensions have a turn-around time of 14 days from the date of order.

Store Credit Policy

Once an order is placed, if you decide to cancel it before it ships out, please let us know ASAP by emailing hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com & store credit will be applied to your account to use in the future with no expiration date.
If you would like to exchange a product for something else but are unsure what you would like to exchange it for now, we will apply store credit to your account on our website.

Complimentary Replacement

If you notice there is an issue with your hair extensions straight out of the package, please contact us at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com.
If your hair extensions qualify as a “bad batch,” we will send you a complimentary replacement at no additional cost.

How do the extensions qualify for a complimentary replacement?

Extensions ruined/damaged during transit/shipping (please provide us with photos of proof of damage)
Extensions are a "bad batch"
- What qualifies as a bad batch of hair?
  - If the hair is shedding excessively off the weft line straight out of the package
  - When the hair is wet and will not regain its original curl pattern
  - If your fingers get stuck in tangles and you find your hands covered in lost strands of hair straight out of the package
  - If the extension color fades after the first wash, and you notice the color bleeds off into the sink
  - If the extensions are breaking, snapping, or losing elasticity
Bad Batches are rare but can happen. If you have these issues, you will notice them straight out of the package. Please inspect your extensions as soon as you receive them. If you believe you are experiencing a bad batch of hair, please contact us immediately at hairbykendrajanelle@gmail.com
